Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method for all orders. It is available for both domestic and international shipments.
• Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman-will be delivered on the same business day.

Shipping Costs: Domestic UAE 

• Standard Delivery: Free for all orders with a total value exceeding AED 1,000.
• Expedited Shipping: 80 AED Per Order(Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman)

Delivery Timeframes:

For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):

• Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day.

For Expedited Shipping within Dubai -Sharjah-Ajman will be delivered on the same business day.

Order Processing and Tracking:

After placing an order, please allow one working day for order processing and packing, except on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. When your package is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please find the shipping timing and fees for specific destinations below:

KSA (Saudi Arabia):

Standard Shipping Fees:

• AED 350.00 per box of scooters (0–50 KG) — applicable to Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Madina, Makkah, Al Qasim, and Jubail.

• AED 550.00 per box of scooters (0–50 KG) — applicable to rural cities including Abha, Noem, and Turaif.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• 1 – 3 working days — Delivery to Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Madina, Makkah, and Al Qasim.

• 3 – 5 working days — Delivery to Jubail, Abha, Noem, and Turaif.

Additional Notes:
All deliveries are handled through our verified logistics partners, with real-time tracking and doorstep delivery available across KSA.

Oman:

• Delivery Time:
  Estimated delivery time based on customer locations
  All destinations: 2-10 business days

• Shipping Fees: AED 250.00 for packages weighing 0-50kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 50kg. 

Egypt :

• Delivery Time: 3-8 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 550.00 per box of scooters.

Kuwait:

• Delivery Time: 10-20 days by land.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. 

Bahrain, Qatar:

• Delivery Time: 
  Estimated delivery time based on customer locations
  All destinations: 2-18 business days
• Shipping Fees: AED 250.00 per package for packages weighing above 0-50kg. AED 400.00 per package for packages weighing above 50kg. 

Please note that all international shipping timeframes are approximate and subject to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.
