What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Flat tires, brake pads, misuse, water damage, and intentional damage are not part of the Warranty.

Warranty period is 12 month

Who will pay?

During the Warranty Period, we will repair at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The item should be sent to the service center by customer

How to making a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim ,please contact our customer service by email -riding@uae-scooter.com and attach your invoice or proof of purchase.it will take 1-3 working days to process your request and an notify email will be send to you if a warranty claim applicable or not
