Shipping & Delivery

At uae-scooters, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our valuable customers in the UAE and internationally. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the shipping methods, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and other important details.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method for all orders. It is available for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-will be delivered on the same business day.

Shipping Costs: Domestic UAE 

  • Standard Delivery: Free for all orders. 
  • Expedited Shipping: 85 AED Per Order(Dubai)

Delivery Timeframes:

For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):

  • Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the next business day.

For Expedited Shipping within Dubai  will be delivered on the same business day.

Order Processing and Tracking:

After placing an order, please allow one working day for order processing and packing, except on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. When your package is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please find the shipping timing and fees for specific destinations below:

Oman:

  • Delivery Time: 3-10 days by land.
  • Shipping Fees: AED 50.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 250.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. Free delivery for orders per package exceeding AED 3000.

Egypt :

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
  • Shipping Fees: AED 50 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 350.00 per box of scooters.

KSA (Saudi Arabia):

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
  • Shipping Fees: AED 50 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 350.00 per box of scooters.

Kuwait:

  • Delivery Time: 10-20 days by land.
  • Shipping Fees: AED 100.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. Free delivery for orders per package exceeding AED 3000.

Bahrain, Qatar:

  • Delivery Time: 7-20 days by land.
  • Shipping Fees: AED 80.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. Free delivery for orders per package exceeding AED 3000.

Please note that all international shipping timeframes are approximate and subject to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.
