The rider remains fully responsible for safe operation of the vehicle while using the navigation feature. [8] Apple Find My: The eKickScooter can be connected to the Apple Find My network and paired through the Find My app, allowing users to locate the vehicle using an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or the Find Items app on Apple Watch. For optimal compatibility, the latest versions of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS are recommended. Apple Watch functionality requires the latest version of watchOS. Supported Apple devices include those running iOS 14.5, iPad OS 14.5, or macOS Big Sur 11.1 and later. [9] IP Rating: The product is rated IPX6 for water resistance in accordance with IEC Standard 60529 and has been tested under controlled conditions against high-pressure water streams from any direction. Do not charge the eKickScooter when it is wet or in a damp environment. Damage caused by immersion in liquid is not covered under warranty.

Frame Load Fatigue Test: Conducted in a controlled laboratory environment at 25°C, applying alternating vertical forces ranging from 500N to 3000N for 500,000 cycles.
Random Vibration Test: Conducted in a controlled laboratory environment at 25°C, simulating approximately 20,000 km of random vibration under a 100 kg load.
Dynamic Fatigue Test: In accordance with EN17128 standards, the standard test mileage is 25 km, while the MAX G3 E achieves 200 km, equivalent to 800% of the standard requirement.
Frame Static Load Test: In accordance with EN17128 standards, the standard test load is 2500N, while the MAX G3 E is tested at 7000N, equivalent to 280% of the standard requirement.

Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty

All new products purchased from UAE-Scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

The warranty covers eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery or the date of collection, depending on how the order is received.

Customers should keep their invoice, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase for warranty verification.

What Is Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use during the warranty period.

If a fault is confirmed to be covered under warranty, UAE-Scooters will repair or replace the defective part or product, where appropriate, at no repair cost to the customer.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage, faults, or wear caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper use, or external factors.

The following are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:

• Flat tyres or punctures
• Brake pads and other normal wear-and-tear parts
• Water damage
• Crash or accident damage
• Intentional damage
• Damage caused by pushing the product beyond its designed limits
• Burnt controllers, wiring, motors, or electrical components caused by excessive or continuous acceleration, overloading, or improper use
• Misuse or improper operation
• Lack of maintenance
• Improper storage
• Exceeding the stated rider or weight limit
• Damage caused by unauthorised repair or servicing
• Repairs carried out by third parties without prior approval from UAE-Scooters
• Attempts to repair the product at home where such repairs cause or contribute to the fault
• Attempts to flash, modify, reset, unlock, or alter the product's software or firmware
• Any modifications, upgrades, or alterations not recommended or approved by UAE-Scooters
• Damage resulting from the use of non-approved parts, accessories, chargers, batteries, or components

Unauthorised Modifications and Repairs

Any unauthorised modification, firmware alteration, repair, upgrade, or servicing by a third party may void the warranty if it causes or contributes to the reported fault.

Customers should contact UAE-Scooters before arranging any third-party repair or modification.

Return Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

For approved warranty claims, shipping responsibility is as follows:

• Within the first 30 days: UAE-Scooters will cover the reasonable return shipping cost for the warranty service.
• After 30 days: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to UAE-Scooters.

Any delivery or collection arrangements must be confirmed with our customer service team before the product is sent.

Warranty Repairs and Replacements

For faults confirmed to be covered under warranty, the product or defective component will be repaired at no repair cost to the customer.

Where repair is not practical, UAE-Scooters may replace the defective component or product at its discretion.

For faults that are not covered by warranty, the customer will be responsible for any applicable repair, parts, labour, collection, and shipping costs.

A quotation may be provided before non-warranty repair work begins.

Warranty on Replacement Products or Parts

A replacement product or replacement part does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Any replacement product or part will be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Your invoice, order number, or proof of purchase
• Your name and contact details
• Product model
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the product and the fault
• Video evidence where necessary to demonstrate the issue

Once your claim is received, the UAE-Scooters support team may contact you for additional information, troubleshooting, photos, videos, serial numbers, or diagnostic details.

Warranty claims should be submitted by email rather than by telephone, as photos, videos, and written information are normally required in order to assess the claim properly and provide a faster resolution.

Inspection and Diagnosis

UAE-Scooters may require the product to be inspected before confirming whether the issue is covered under warranty.

If inspection shows that the fault is caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, or another excluded condition, the claim may be treated as a non-warranty repair.

Any applicable repair or service charges will be communicated to the customer before chargeable work is carried out.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using, storing, charging, and maintaining the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Failure to follow the manufacturer's operating, maintenance, charging, storage, or safety instructions may affect warranty eligibility where such failure causes or contributes to the fault.

Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice, order confirmation, or other acceptable proof of purchase may be required before warranty service can be provided.

UAE-Scooters reserves the right to verify the purchase date and product serial number.

Important Disclaimer

This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable items, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, overloading, unauthorised repair, firmware modification, or other excluded conditions listed above.

Nothing in this warranty policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under UAE law.
