To standardize and guide the inspection and testing of eKickScooter endurance performance, TÜV Rheinland has introduced the 'Range at Max. Speed' Quality-mark and China-mark services. These services offer professional guidance and assurance, enabling consumers to purchase with confidence. Segway-Ninebot is the first company to receive this certification.[4] Max. Climbing Slope: Tested while riding with 70% (±10%) battery, 165 lbs (75 kg) load, at a speed of 9.3 mph (15 km/h) climbing up a 10 m long slope (the speed greater than 3.7 mph (6 km/h) when passing through the slope).

Frame Load Fatigue Test: Conducted in a controlled laboratory environment at 25°C, applying alternating vertical forces (max. 3000N, min. 500N) to the frame for 400,000 cycles.
Random Vibration Test: Conducted in a controlled environment at 25°C, simulating around 20,000 km of random vibration.
Dynamic Fatigue Test: According to EN17128 standards, the standard test mileage is 22 km, while the E3 series test mileage reaches 200 km, which is 800% of the standard requirement.
Frame Static Load Test: According to EN17128 standards, the standard test load is 2500N, while the E3 series test load is 5000N, which is 200% of the standard requirement.

Warranty Start Date
The warranty starts on the delivery date or collection date.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Flat tires, brake pads, water damage, crashes ,intentional damage( pushing the product beyond its limits (burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration),)
- Misuse,Lack of maintenance or improper storage.
- Exceeding weight limits
- Repair from unauthorised third-party without the consent from UAE-scooters or attempts to repair the product at home
- attempts to ‘flash’ or reset a product’s software/firmware
- Any modifications or upgrades not recommended by uae-scooters
Return Shipping Costs For Service
- Within 90 days: Uae-scooters covers return shipping.
- After 90 days: Customer covers Return shipping costs.
Replacement and Repairs
- Covered issues: Product repaired at no cost.
- Non-covered issues: Customer pays for shipping and repairs.
Warranty on Replacements
- The warranty does not reset with replacements. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to making a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim ,please contact our customer service by email -riding@uae-scooters.com and attach your invoice or proof of purchase with details of their issue, along with pictures and videos as evidence of a fault.The Customer will be contacted by the Uae-scooters support team to discuss the issue in more depth. Warranty claims cannot be reported through the phone as it is essential to receive all the media files mentioned above for a prompt resolution.
