All purchases on uae-scooters official website are settled in AED(United Arab Emirates dirham).when consumers choose non-AED Visa cards to pay, the consumer's card issuing bank may incur additional service fees for exchange rate conversion or exchange rate losses. The extra cost requires consumers to contact the card issuing bank for consultation and claim back.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method for all orders. It is available for both domestic and international shipments.
- Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-will be delivered on the same business day.

- Expedited Shipping: 85 AED Per Order(Dubai)
Delivery Timeframes:
For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):
- Orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the next business day.
For Expedited Shipping within Dubai will be delivered on the same business day.

- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
- Shipping Fees: AED 50 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 350.00 per box of scooters.
KSA (Saudi Arabia):
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.

Kuwait:
- Delivery Time: 10-20 days by land.

Bahrain, Qatar:
- Delivery Time: 7-20 days by land.

Items can be returned within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be in its original condition and package with tags and unused.
Return or Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, contact us at riding@uae-scooters.com or +971585639966. It will take 24 hours to process your request. If the order is eligible for Return or exchange, our team will provide the return label and location for returns by Email or message.
Return Shipping Charge:
Free of Return Shipping Cost for wrong, defective, or damaged items; the actual shipping cost will be applied for standard Return or exchange.
Refund Process
