To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item should be in its original condition and package with tags and unused.

Return or Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, contact us at riding@uae-scooters.com or +971585639966. It will take 24 hours to process your request. If the order is eligible for Return or exchange, our team will provide the return label and location for returns by Email or message.

Return Shipping Charge:

Free of Return Shipping Cost for wrong, defective, or damaged items; the actual shipping cost will be applied for standard Return or exchange.

Refund Process

Our team will process refunds or Exchange items within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers will receive an email notification once their refund or exchange has been processed. Please remember the time may vary for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Damaged/Incorrect items:

After your order is delivered, contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.
