Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:

- Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman-will be delivered on the same business day.

Delivery Timeframes:
For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):
- Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day.
For Expedited Shipping within Dubai -Sharjah-Ajman will be delivered on the same business day.
Order Processing and Tracking:
After placing an order, please allow one working day for order processing and packing, except on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. When your package is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please find the shipping timing and fees for specific destinations below:
Oman:
- Delivery Time: 3-15 days by land.
- Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg.Â
Egypt :
- Delivery Time: 3-8 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
- Shipping Fees: AED 150 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 450.00 per box of scooters.
KSA (Saudi Arabia):
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
- Shipping Fees: AED 150 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 450.00 per box of scooters.
Kuwait:
- Delivery Time: 10-20 days by land.
- Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg.Â

- Delivery Time: 7-20 days by land.

12-Month Warranty
All new products come with a 12-month warranty.
Warranty Start Date
The warranty starts on the delivery date or collection date.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Flat tires, brake pads, water damage, crashes ,intentional damage(Â pushing the product beyond its limits (burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration),)
- Â Misuse,Lack of maintenance or improper storage.
- Exceeding weight limits
- Repair from unauthorised third-party without the consent from UAE-scooters or attempts to repair the product at home
-  attempts to ‘flash’ or reset a product’s software/firmware
- Any modifications or upgrades not recommended by uae-scooters
Return Shipping Costs For Service
- Within 90 days: Uae-scooters covers return shipping.
- After 90 days: Customer covers Return shipping costs.
Replacement and Repairs
- Covered issues: Product repaired at no cost.
- Non-covered issues: Customer pays for shipping and repairs.
Warranty on Replacements
- The warranty does not reset with replacements. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
How to making a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim ,please contact our customer service by email -riding@uae-scooters.com and attach your invoice or proof of purchase with details of their issue, along with pictures and videos as evidence of a fault.The Customer will be contacted by the Uae-scooters support team to discuss the issue in more depth. Warranty claims cannot be reported through the phone as it is essential to receive all the media files mentioned above for a prompt resolution.
