Mantis 8 Dual motors-Power and comfort! Powerful electric scooter with two motors of 800W rated power (total peak above 3000 W) and  LG battery of 24.5Ah, maximum range up to 60 km.

The scooter is equipped with Mini motors LCD display and controller

front and rear wide 8x3.0 " tubeless tires,

front and rear adjustable suspension, Rear turning lights, Key Ignition, electric EABS brake with regeneration to the battery, and dual full hydraulic disc brakes. LED lights, grip mechanism when the steering frame is folded allowing the easy carrying of the scooter with one hand. 

Dual Motor PRO version for the rider who wants extra power and top speed (33 mph), longer range, and insane acceleration. Switch to the single motor mode for extended range or turn on the dual-motor mode for maximum power. With Mini motors display for advanced torque configurations, cruise control, and ABS. The dual hydraulic disc brakes deliver a more direct brake response, and the extra-large LG or Samsung battery (24.5Ah) can run for up to 40 miles. All while still portable at 60 lb.

The single or dual 800W motor delivers fun acceleration. Regular hills are no problem for the single motor version, but choose dual motor power for advanced hill climb abilities. 

The firm front and rear advanced swing arm spring suspension on both versions deliver a smooth ride on any terrain. Ride over grass or on packed dirt trails, jump a curb in the city, this electric scooter can handle pretty much any reasonable ground condition. 

Front and rear LED lights, lateral LED strips, and the NEW turn signals make this safe for rides in the dark. We recommend an attachable headlight for longer rides at night.

Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: This is our default shipping method for all orders. It is available for both domestic and international shipments.
• Expedited Shipping:Only available in Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman-will be delivered on the same business day.

Shipping Costs: Domestic UAE 

• Standard Delivery: Free for all orders. 
• Expedited Shipping: 120 AED Per Order(Dubai-Sharjah-Ajman)

Delivery Timeframes:

For standard shipping within the UAE (all cities except rural areas):

• Orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered the next business day.

For Expedited Shipping within Dubai -Sharjah-Ajman will be delivered on the same business day.

Order Processing and Tracking:

After placing an order, please allow one working day for order processing and packing, except on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. When your package is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 International Shipping:

We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please find the shipping timing and fees for specific destinations below:

Oman:

• Delivery Time: 3-15 days by land.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. 

Egypt :

• Delivery Time: 3-8 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 450.00 per box of scooters.

KSA (Saudi Arabia):

• Delivery Time: 3-5 working days for products weighing less than 2kg, 7-14 working days for products weighing more than 2kg.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150 for packages weighing 0-1kg, AED 450.00 per box of scooters.

Kuwait:

• Delivery Time: 10-20 days by land.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 350.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg. 

Bahrain, Qatar:

• Delivery Time: 7-20 days by land.
• Shipping Fees: AED 150.00 for packages weighing 0-5kg, AED 450.00 per package for packages weighing above 5kg.

12-Month Warranty
All new products come with a 12-month warranty.

Warranty Start Date
The warranty starts on the delivery date or collection date.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Flat tires, brake pads, water damage, crashes ,intentional damage( pushing the product beyond its limits (burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration),)
•  Misuse,Lack of maintenance or improper storage.
• Exceeding weight limits
• Repair from unauthorised third-party without the consent from UAE-scooters or attempts to repair the product at home
•  attempts to ‘flash’ or reset a product’s software/firmware
• Any modifications or upgrades not recommended by uae-scooters

Return Shipping Costs For Service

• Within 90 days: Uae-scooters covers return shipping.
• After 90 days: Customer covers Return shipping costs.

Replacement and Repairs

• Covered issues: Product repaired at no cost.
• Non-covered issues: Customer pays for shipping and repairs.

Warranty on Replacements

• The warranty does not reset with replacements. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to making a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim ,please contact our customer service by email -riding@uae-scooters.com and attach your invoice or proof of purchase with details of their issue, along with pictures and videos as evidence of a fault.The Customer will be contacted by the Uae-scooters support team to discuss the issue in more depth. Warranty claims cannot be reported through the phone as it is essential to receive all the media files mentioned above for a prompt resolution.
